Oxford is the perfect mix of a small close-nit community, that has a growing arts and culture scene, and is prepared to expand its definition of self. This is a rapidly growing area and retains the friendly atmosphere it has maintained for generations. It has wonderful shopping, and eclectic restaurants downtown, fresh produce farmers markets, and weekly recreational or cultural events. It is about an hour drive from both Baltimore and Philadelphia, and an easy commute to Delaware. Many families have relocated from these areas for the great schools, expansive backyards and lower cost of living. It is everything one could look for in the suburbs.
